Our company's in-house design department has an immediate opening for an energetic, creative and resourceful Web / Creative Designer.
The ideal candidate for this position will have 2 to 5 years of experience in a professional design atmosphere (agency, corporate, or freelance), and will be prepared to immediately step in and begin work on a variety of web-based design, videography and photography. Candidate must also enjoy working with a creative team and be energized by solving design challenges.
The Web / Creative Designer will be responsible for completing projects within tight time constraints. Candidates must be versatile in their design style and willing to work on all aspects of a project from start to finish while maintaining brand identity and guidelines. Candidates must be able to multi-task, develop quick solutions to a variety of marketing/design challenges, and manage multiple design projects at once, all in a professional, respectful and collaborative manner.
Our new Web / Creative Designer will meet the following requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in graphic design or marketing, along with 2-5 (+) years experience in graphic design or marketing communications
- Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Word Press, Flash, Dreamweaver, HTML/PHP/CSS, Cinema 4D, 3D Studio Max, and Adobe After Effects
- Superior project management skills – must be able to efficiently prioritize projects and meet deadlines with little or no assistance
- A high standard of quality in all materials produced
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong editorial and proofreading abilities
- Thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Candidate must be able to accommodate unexpected project changes and heavy work load with ease
- Work well in team atmosphere and be willing to help with whatever it takes to accomplish department goals
- Experience in product photography

Salary: $35,000-$55,000/Year + Benefits.
