Minimum Qualifications:
Phone Bankers are expected to sell products and services and achieve aggressive sales goals which are measured daily. Our best Phone Bankers thrive on customer interaction and never miss an opportunity to enhance the customer’s relationship with Wells Fargo by marketing new products and services. They always handle each customer with a friendly, courteous touch while following strict procedures for handling various types of inquiries. Our Phone Bankers play a critical role in our customers’ lives; therefore, predictable and reliable attendance is an essential function of the position.
Hourly plus sales bonus!
We are offering day/evening shifts. Mandatory paid training classes will begin on April 5th and April 19th and class time runs Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for six weeks. Post-graduation shifts have start times from 7:30 a.m., 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. and afternoons at 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., with various days off depending on shift preference. Please note that a 15% premium is paid for evening shifts.
Preferred Skills:
Minimum of six months sales experience against goals (Upselling, Needs Based, Retail. Minimum of six months customer service experience. Call center experience. Banking experience: Must be able to pass a background check for bonding purposes.
