We currently have a position available for a Paralegal with extensive Bankruptcy experience. The qualifications required for this position are:
- Must have excellent computer skills including: Word Perfect, Word, and Outlook. Best Base Bankruptcy software experience highly desired.
- Must be very detail oriented
- Must be able to work well on your own
- Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast paced environment
- Excellent typing skills 65+wpm
- Ability to work independently
- Strong legal filing skills
- Preparing trust petitions and pleadings from creditors and debtors
- Knowledge of Chapter 7 & 13 Bankruptcy
