KOLO-TV has an immediate, full-time opening for a Multi-Media Journalist. The person we hire will be a video storyteller who can not only shoot great video but gather and write the story.
This Multi-media Journalist will shoot, write, edit and deliver the story online and on the air. If you're ready for a challenging career with one of the most progressive broadcasters in the business, show us your best work.
Must have:
- ability to work well in high stress environment under deadline pressure
- flexibility to work nights, weekends and changing schedules
- ability to carry 50 lbs of equipment under field conditions
- College degree in Broadcast Journalism or its equivalent is preferred.
- Experience with Panasonic DVC and P2 cameras, non-linear editing and ENPS newsroom computers is helpful.
- Must have a valid Driver's License with a good driving record
