This is a direct hire opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant/Office Manager with professional maturity and previous corporate environment experience needed for a newly formed Private Trust company in Reno.
This assistant will report directly to to Senior Trust Officer and will provide administrative and general office support for the Nevada headquarters. The position requires the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and deal directly will all levels of management and staff of the cleints.
Job Duties:
• Perform diverse administrative duties for the Senior Trust Officer and members of the staff of the Nevada headquarters which are confidential and complex in nature and require sensitivity, discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy
• General office support to include managing supplies, distribution of mail and overseeing vendor relationships.
• Gather, assemble and analyze information from office staff to provide detailed reporting utilizing Power Point, Word, and Excel
• Assist in trouble shooting or escalating desk top support issues
• Assemble and distribute Board packages in advance of meetings.
• Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for staff of Nevada headquarters
• Assume responsibility for special projects
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Ability to multi-task and contribute to group success in a dynamic environment
• Strong computer skills including a high level of familiarity with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and possess strong organizational skills
• Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement is critical
• Recognition of the need to maintain high levels of confidentiality and information security
