This position is located at Catalyst360° in Reno, NV.  Our Customer Contact Center serves as the primary point of contact for AARP members and non-members on all matters related to membership and services relevant to the 50+ population. Representatives will provide members with high quality service that builds relationships, resolves their issues and results in member satisfaction. 
 
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?
 
Start Date: October 4, 2010
Shift: 8:35 AM – 5:05 PM
 
Qualified candidates will demonstrate the ability to:
  • Identify customer needs and provide prompt resolution to inquiries and problems
  • Use strong verbal skills to deal with customers in a confident and persuasive manner
  • Capture and enter data clearly and accurately
  • Successfully transition escalated member inquiries into positive interactions
  • Effectively attend to new and renewing memberships
  • Build relationships with customers and create a positive member experience
  • Conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner
  • Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards customers
 
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

·        1-2 years customer service or sales experience
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Customer service oriented skills and ability
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
  • Experience using Windows and Internet web browsing computer applications
  • Excellent data entry and listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a large number of calls
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility in the workplace
  • BILINGUAL SKILLS A PLUS
 
 WHAT IS THE COMPENSATION OPPORTUNITY?
  •  $12.02 per hour
  • Potential to become a regular employee of Catalyst360° upon successful completion of provisional period
